Purchases made on www.naturalfoodprocessing.com cannot be returned once bought. Full replacement of products will be made that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone.
Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of placing the orders. We do not entertain any queries or concerns beyond 7 days from the order confirmation date.
